Room hire charge includes use of an Overhead Projector with screen and a Flipchart (please book in advance).

A range of audio-visual equipment is available.  Please refer to the facilities information sheet or speak to the Conference Centre Co-ordinator for further details.

Bookings are charged for a minimum of 2 hours.  Syndicate rooms are available for a minimum of 1 hour when used in conjunction with other rooms.

The Conference Centre will open for evening and weekend bookings on request.  However, these entail a 25% surcharge additional to the usual room hire costs.  A minimum charge of £60 applies to all evening and weekend bookings.
