• Tea & coffee served with fruit & biscuits on arrival
• Tea & coffee with fruit & biscuits served mid morning
• Finger Buffet & Sweet or Hot Dish of the Day with Sweet for lunch

• LCD Projector, Laptop, Screen & Flipchart with marker pens

Additional syndicate rooms available from just £99 per day or at reduced hourly rates

VAT will be added at the standard rate to all prices

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These rates are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

• Offer only applies to new enquiries for bookings to be held within 2013
• Day Delegate Rates require a minimum of 10 delegates per room / booking
• Bookings to be held on weekdays and to last up to 8 hours between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
• Additional hours will be charged at the hourly rate
• Room allocation will be decided based upon conference/training requirements
• A higher priced buffet may be selected with the difference in cost added to the Day Delegate Rate
• Hot Dish of the Day to be decided by Clayton Park Conference Centre.  A vegetarian option will always be included
• Special dietary requirements must be notified in advance
• Minimum and maximum capacities apply per room
• Pendle Room, Clitheroe Room and Darwen Suite will be charged for a minimum of 20 delegates for all bookings using the Full Day Delegate Offer
