PARKING
Ample free parking is available adjacent to the Conference Centre. Security staff at the gatehouse (as you enter Junction 7 Business Park) will give you directions. Details of the security pass will be sent to event organisers once you have confirmed your booking.FACILITIES FOR DELEGATES WITH DISABILITIES
There is a level entrance to the Conference Centre and a lift is available to access the first floor. An accessible toilet is situated on the ground floor. For hearing impaired delegates, an induction loop is available through the PA system in the Pendle Room. There is a portable induction loop at reception, which may also be used in other conference rooms. A height adjustable table is also available. Please book your special requirements in advance of your visit so that equipment can be set up prior to your arrival.
Should you or any of your delegates have any special requirements, please notify us in advance and we will do our utmost to meet your needs.

- Wireless Internet connection is available in all rooms using Clayton Park’s own laptops. Connectivity cannot be guaranteed on personal laptops.
- Photocopying, fax and telephone facilities are available at an additional small charge. Please ask at Reception
- Free email facilities are available for delegates to use.
ICT TRAINING SUITE
We have a suite of up to 12 networked laptops available, with wireless internet connection and printer. This can be used in any of our conference rooms, subject to available.
- Up to 12 laptops - £80 for first hour, then £40 per hour for each additional hour
+ room hire - Up to 6 laptops - £60 for first hour, then £30 per hour for each additional hour

CONFERENCE SUPPORT SERVICES
Should you need help organising your conference, we are able to provide a range of Conference Support Services such as event management and workshop allocation, together with administration services, mail shots, preparation of delegate packs and badges. Please ask for more details.VAT at the standard rate will be added to the above prices
